Invech Foundation, A Blockchain Superhero For Timor Leste

Problems


As the poorest country in Asia, Timor Leste has several problems in its country. The following are economic-related problems found in East Timor:

1. Insufficient Human Capital
Human capital is the community's collective skills that have selling value. That is, these skills can be used to obtain economic benefits for these individuals, workers, and the surrounding community. Therefore, education is very important. Education is an investment in human capital in order to be able to achieve high productivity. The concept of human capital makes us aware that everyone is not the same. So, the way to improve the quality of each person is education that suits their talents and interests.

2. Unequal distribution of wealth causes severe poverty or income inequality
Income inequality can be said as an economic gap between rich people and poor people in this country. We can see this from the percentage of income associated with the percentage of the population. For example, statistics state that 70% of a country's income is controlled by 20% of that country's residents. Very lame, right?

One factor that causes income inequality is the low quality of education. The lower the quality of education of a country, the higher the level of income inequality.

Not only education but other factors that increase income are also in competition for talent creating a salary divide. With the increasing demand for high-skilled workers, this creates a wide gap between high-skilled workers and low-skilled workers. Actually, this is still related to the low quality of education due to uneven education.

Intro to Invech Foundation


Seeing these problems, ‘superhero’ Invech is here to save Timor Leste from the problems that are gnawing at it. Why is Invech so good? Because, Invech has noble core values, namely (I) integrity, (N) nurturing, (V) value Creation, (E) excellence, (C) competency, (H) humanitarian.

  • Improving human capital and capabilities of the local people of Timor Leste.
  • To provide advice and consultancy to the government on blockchain and technology-related matters.
  • To provide education and training to improve livelihood.
With these core values, vision and mission, Invech established the Invech Foundation. This foundation will build Timor Leste from several pillars, namely Women and Children, Family and Youth, Housing and Communities, Disasters and Relief, Education, Health, and War Veterans.

Solutions


To launch its action, Invech opens the biggest opportunity for digital citizens to donate at Invech Foundation. No matter what donation money you provide, it is certainly very valuable for improving the quality of education, health, housing, and so on. Indirectly, you have helped many lives of people in Timor Leste.

Not just relying on donations from you. Invech will also contribute 10% of the total Invech Coin (500 Million coins) to the Invech Foundation. In essence, Invech Foundation will work very hard to help even access to education while improving its quality. This aims to resolve some of the above problems.
